By day, I have spent the last 10 years grinding as a Senior Marketing Coordinator, slinging proposals and winning work for large companies in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry. By night, I’ve moonlighted as a freelance graphic designer to feed my passion. Between leading a team, and meeting the client’s needs, I’m most pumped taking creative risks, and bonus points if I can make you laugh; double bonus points if I can make you think. Sure, I can handle the day-to-day tasks required to lead a team that is successful, it’s how I became a sought after team member. What sets me apart, in a managerial capacity, from your average “creative-type” is my empathic ability. I pride myself on figuring out what makes people tick, as I’ve learned, happy workers are better creators.
